Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue does have wheelchair access; however, please note that the number of wheelchair-accessible seats is limited. Once the wheelchair-accessible seats are filled, due to the venue’s seating policy none may be added. We recommend arriving a bit early to allow extra time to get settled before the concert begins, as seating is general admission and can fill up quickly. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need to pay for tickets or parking?
All U.S. Air Force Band concerts are free and open to the public as part of our mission to honor, inspire, and connect through music.
I’m having trouble reserving tickets online. Can you help me?
Of course! Send an email to afheartlandband@gmail.com with your name, email address, preferred concert date, and the number of tickets you’d like, and we’d be happy to reserve them for you through our system and send a confirmation email your way.
Can I reserve a physical ticket?
Tickets are only available online through Eventbrite. Once you have made the reservation, you should receive a confirmation email with an e-ticket to bring to the concert.
I received the confirmation email, but I'm not able to pull up my tickets. How can I find them?
Your confirmation email will be sufficient to gain entry at the concert; no need to access each individual ticket. Simply show the confirmation email to an usher (on your device or printed out) when you arrive.
I can’t attend anymore. Can I return my tickets?
Yes, absolutely. Send us an email at afheartlandband@gmail.com with how many tickets you’d like to release, and we’ll take care of the return. This helps ensure others have the opportunity to attend since our concerts often fill in quickly.
I don’t have a ticket, can I still come?
Seating is limited and priority will be given to ticketholders. However, about 10 minutes before the concert begins, we’ll open any unclaimed seats to non-ticketholders on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there assigned seating?
Seating is general admission, so you can choose your spot upon arrival. We recommend arriving early in order to ensure the best selection of seating.
What time do doors open?
Doors will open 45 minutes before the concert begins for general admission ticket-holders.
Is there parking available?
Yes! There’s a large parking lot near the venue. Parking is free, but please plan to arrive early and allow time for a short walk to the entrance, especially during busy concert nights.
How long is the concert?
The performance lasts approximately 75 minutes and will be presented without intermission.
Are there any bag or purse restrictions?
No special restrictions apply, just make sure any bags or purses can fit comfortably at your feet, so aisles remain clear.
Can children attend?
Absolutely! Our holiday concert is a family-friendly event. We just ask that young children be supervised at all times so everyone can enjoy the performance.
Will there be photos or videos allowed?
Out of respect for the performers and other guests, we kindly ask that flash photography and video recording be avoided during the performance. However, photos before and after the concert are welcome!
Will there be a meet-and-greet or merchandise?
There’s no formal meet-and-greet or merchandise table, but our musicians are always happy to say hello and chat briefly after the concert if time allows.
Is there a livestream or recording available if I can’t attend in person?
At this time, the concert will be presented live and in person only. However, keep an eye on our social media pages, as we occasionally share highlights or future performance dates there.
